I was appointed by Developers Promobuilding for a series of spaces -as for work as for study- in and around Barcelona to start up a new business market. This space is part of a focused Business plan. The new identity of the client required a new spatial concept to show a new way of selling the products, such as properties, lofts, spaces and houses. Conserving the idea of "active wall" experienced in the previous commissioned intervention for a Student Housing (Gothic Area-Carrer Ample, Barcelona), here the space is more public, reserving either for the employees or for the customizers a fresh and different way of living the purchase as the meeting. The "active band" marks and makes a sequence of ambient organizing two entire floors and corridors avoiding death corners, wasted areas by using of this simple cutting edge design. Meanwhile the spatiality perceived, through absorbing any kind of external installation, is unique as well as expresses fresh design.
