Nature and home, exterior and interior. We conceive a project where these concepts are intertwined melting the limits for a perfect coexistence with the environment.

Natural materials, craftsmanship typical of the area, ideal for the weather site, and the most advanced biotechnology, developed in our laboratory, have been present at every step and every element involved in the design, construction and interior design.

The project is located in a town of Osona, near Vic, in a natural environment characterized by the presence of the characteristic lushness of the Montseny Nature Reserve area and a very attractive topologically plot.

The response of architecture to this place is expressed through a formal dialogue between stone volumes that make available a semi-enclosed space facing south, with another volume covered with wicker on top that unites them, with another volume covered with wicker on top that unites them. This outer space, covered with a wicker pergola and defined by a natural wood flooring, is the relationship space of the entire ground floor where the living and dining area is distributed, with the kitchen facing the north, In relation to another outer space finished with a curved dry stone wall.

The bedrooms are distributed in the upper volume.

The treatment of the materials, with its concept and placement, seeks total integration with a natural environment that enhances their aesthetic qualities. The first volume is finished with green roof and confuses the view with the backdrop of the woodland.

The building, constructive, energetic and conceptual system used is based on of ARQZYME's philosophy and technology, regarding the use of construction systems with natural materials that have incorporated throughout its manipulation the ctf technology - functional technological and fmf - ferments of functional microorganisms, marketed by Pharma Biozyme.

In this work, we have used a lightweight structure of laminated wood fixed on the concrete platform of the basement structure. This lightweight frame is completely covered in mass by a hemp mortar that gives hygroscopic and thermal properties, by means of a formwork on each side. The interior finish is made of hydraulic plaster.

The exterior cladding is of limestone masonry of Folgueroles placed completely dry, without mortar; with the necessary inclination for stability.

The volume of the upper floor also has these same characteristics but its outer finish is a wicker woven on a removable metal modular structure.

The intimate relationship of the environment with the house has been extrapolated to the relationship of the technicians with the craftsmen and to the relation of the traditional building materials with effective microorganisms or the bioceramic.

House structurally designed for high energy efficiency, the incorporation of energy self-management systems and high-efficiency insulation against electrosmog (electromagnetic pollution).
