This case is HOZO interior design small number of old house converted representative works. Due to the lower house on the mezzanine floor area add up to less than 92 square meters, have to accommodate a family of four living space, but also empty out the creative design of the office and negotiate space, in all living and working performance should be a required function full conditions, we still insist that the living room space should have a certain height, in order to show the level of sense of space, and get rid of the biggest drawback mezzanine house gives oppressive.

Homeowners facing problems and needs:

Design thoughts

     As a shared space on the first floor of the home and office, although each regional area is not large,but a good line planning, there is no excess or waste place, study room = office, kitchen = pantry,  restaurant = negotiate space, living room = briefing room .

     Smaller design on the second floor two bedrooms, a bathroom and a children's books corner overlooking the children's reading room. super transparent glass serves as railing, so that the whole surface of the children's books corner to be the best decoration, dynamic kids downstairs also allows homeowners to supervise.

We will position it as a forest cabin mezzanine house, by definition is showing a natural and green feeling. On the ground floor extends to the ceiling space, most of the walls are painted in artichoke leaves's color, giving a warm homely feel.

The case design focus is based on the use of small space to create big performance, necessary to a small number of high-ceilinged space floors also can achieve a greater sense of space. Plus excellent use of color, showing a comfortable holiday cottage atmosphere.

design method
