The Program

We thought that the architect could create a place where the natural environment and architecture could be in perfect symbiosis, where the forms of architecture and the morphology of the land could be compatible and respectful of each other, where the technology could be only that which was necessary and thus create a pleasant place, comfortable and simple, and able to attract and invite the best concentration for developing the imagination, facilitating communication and sharing of ideas and programs among researchers/ users who could be established here!
It would take between 80,000 to 100,000 square meters of housing, offices, workshops and services in a range of between 20,000 and 50,000 square meters with an investment of between 300 million to 400 million Euro.

A Knowledge Economy
The program that we are presenting is the result of a modern economic and political vision oriented towards a knowledge economy to create value through the product of imagination, communication and sharing: a center of research and production of food products to ensure the health of both the environment and the consumer.
