Villa Beatrice | FPA - Franzina+Partners Architettura

The project aims to combine the historical value of the early XX century villa with the contemporary comfort. The villa layout has been completely rearranged: only the stairs have been left in their previous position and it has been added an elevator. The interior space has been divided into three wide apartments: the first one occupies all the groundfloor and part of the first floor, the master apartment is located at first and second floor and the smallest one is at the third floor, with the benefit of a big terrace. The project aims to create wide open spaces in the living area and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms in the night area. Light design has been integrated into the building project.
