Falconetto Collective Housing | FPA - Franzina+Partners Architettura

Falconetto Collective Housing is the result of an ancient building refurbishment. The building is located in the very centre of the town and it has a traditional medieval structure with “portico”, on the street facade at groundfloor level, and stairs, perpendicular to the street and carried by the main perimetral wall.
The space has been divided to create modern comfortable apartments with their own private parking, thanks to the mechanized parking spaces at the two floors basements.
The access to the floors is possible also through the new elevator placed next to the existing stairs
Privacy is guaranteed to every unit thanks to a moving brise-soleils panels system.
