Un nastro di cemento a vista si curva a formare un parapetto dal forte impatto visivo e a costituire una grande trave che, reggendosi su quattro potenti pilastri, permette ampi sbalzi. Nascono così le terrazze che, nella sovrapposizione dei volumi, si alternano ad ogni piano. La forma lenticolare degli appartamenti si trasforma contraendosi e ampliandosi a seconda delle esigenze grazie ad un sofisticato sistema di vetrate mobili.
