The idea of Dust Bakery is to create an open space which celebrates the art of bread making and showcasing the final product. The design aims to express a refined and elegant design and the choice of materials reflect the store’s philosophy on authentic ingredients. Timeless materials such as travertine, sandstone and timber are chosen for their earthy tones and simplicity.
Small details within the space such as the laser cut wheat pattern in the timber acoustic panel further emphasise the grain to bread procedure.
