Fat is masterplanning a 5.4Ha site for a 'Summer Village' and 'Hobby Park' in Hoogvliet on the outskirts of Rotterdam. The project works will include a number of community facilities, including a multi-functional hall, a pet cemetry and boating centre. It is envisioned that some of these activities will attract visitors from other parts of Rotterdam and beyond. A large 'Hollywood' style sign makes the site visible from the nearby motorway. Other proposed facilities include a garden centre, an 'art zoo', allotments and a playground.
