The signature mixed-use office, computing center and retail complex features the Georgia Institute of Technology as its anchor tenant. The complex is programmed around high-performance computing (HPC) modeling, simulation and a sustainable, innovation ecosystem that integrates the existing assets of the university’s Technology Square complex with new opportunities in interdisciplinary research, commercialization and sustainability. As a new model for the “research to commercial path,” it will serve as a beacon for the city of Atlanta, attracting the leading technology talent anxious to work with pioneering companies, supported by an engaged student base and fueled by inquisitive researchers and innovative professors.
