DESCRIPTION

The project concerns the construction of a house on the ruins of an old rustic.
The lot, on the coast of Orobic Alps, enjoys a very beautiful view that you can enjoy from the large windows of the west front.
The structure is very simple, two stone walls connected by a reinforced concrete slab while the second floor, roof and facade are made of wood.
Only 22 square meters on three floors are home to the ground floor kitchen area and fireplace, first floor bedroom and bathroom, and the upper master bedroom.
A very light stair with transparent landings unites the three levels on the east side and let perceive the interior height.

DESCRIZIONE

Il progetto riguarda l'edificazione di una casa sui resti di un vecchio rustico.
Il lotto, sulla costa Orobica delle Alpi Valtellinesi, gode di un'ottima posizione panoramica che si può apprezzare dalle ampie vetrate del fronte ovest.
La struttura è molto semplice, due muri in pietra portanti collegati da un solaio in cemento armato mentre secondo solaio, tetto e facciata sono realizzati in legno.
Soli 22 mq su tre livelli ospitano al piano terra cucina e zona camino, al piano primo cameretta e bagno e in alto la camera padronale.
Una scala molto leggera con i pianerottoli trasparenti unisce i tre livelli occupando il lato est e lascia che si percepisca la grande altezza interna.
