Social Housing in the Supportive Environment in Jabučki rit, Belgrade

The social housing building with 15 flats for the most vulnerable Roma families displaced from Belville informal settlement. The construction of the building in Jabučki Rit is part of a broader programme “Let’s Build a Home Together” funded by the European Union and implemented by the City of Belgrade in partnership with Housing Center and Danish Refugee Council. The lead project implementing partner is the United Nations Office for Project Services – UNOPS. The project aims at providing 200 most vulnerable Roma families displaced from Belville with adequate housing conditions and social inclusion and its total value is EUR 3.6 million.
