The design and construction of this project held Specific challenges such as time, cost and organization between other branches. What was important for our employer in the design strategy was creating a simple yet impressive spatial experience for the costumers that would push the audience's mind of exhibition space to store space.

Therefore, for the design of Niavaran Branch of karma, (The first car chain store in Iran), fluidity of form, delicacy and transparency of architectural elements, scale to avoid luxury of space, division of showroom and costumer area with material, using company color chart and finally creating a modern space, were considered important in the design process.

According to the design program, sales counters were located as the first contact for the costumers, conference rooms and waiting area came next deeper in the plan. Finally, the service area was designed behind the hanging wall that separated the privet area and also the staircase leading to offices in the balcony.

Management and administrative offices that had less contact with costumers, were located upstairs. To connect the two floors spatially, same patterns were used for the libraries in conference rooms and offices. For cost efficiency, the balcony’s ceiling was not change.
