The archaeological area (Megara), the abandoned industrial pier (S.Antonio), the waterfront (Acireale) and city centre (Avola) have been the perfect occasion for thinking over those places again in order to restore the unique quality of each of them. The aim was to rediscovering the values of the areas, interpreting the morphology of the space and creating design principles on the base of the emerging enviromental tensions.
