Originally settled in an 18 century property in San Mateo, Churubusco Coyoacán, sharing space with two old theaters and a publishing house;  the Writers School demanded to restructure the old construction remaining its original street façade. All the existing timber and wooden floor boarding was saved supported by a metal structure system painted in white, in purpose to gain floor to ceiling glass walls for the classrooms, the school´s interior façade was replaced by  earth quarry block walls recalling the original old construction system. The work was designed and simultaneously built between 2014 and 2015.
