Villa Park è ubicata all’interno del complesso del Grand Hotel Park nella tranquilla baia di Lapad, a pochi passi dalla splendida città di Dubrovnik, perla dell’Adriatico. La struttura, completamente ristrutturata sia dal punto di vista estetico che impiantistico, è stata sopraelevata di un livello, così da ottenere sette nuove camere, per un totale di quaranta ambienti dallo stile classico e ricercato. Per gli esterni della villa si è scelto di prediligere la continuità tra esistente e nuovo attraverso l’impiego della pietra chiara tradizionale, così da favorire l’integrazione con le architetture locali. All’interno, attraverso l’antica scala in marmo e ferro battuto, si accede agli ampi corridoi, curati in ogni dettaglio, dagli inserti di parato dai toni caldi e accoglienti all’illuminazione alle serrature ad elevata tecnologia.

 Le camere suggeriscono un’atmosfera sofisticata e un’eleganza misurata; forme sinuose, colori chiari, dettagli high tech rappresentano la cifra distintiva dell’hotel. Le importanti testiere dei letti sono inserite all’interno di una porzione di parete dai colori tenui che enfatizza lo spazio dedicato al riposo, mentre preziosi tessuti e morbide texture suggeriscono un’atmosfera confortevole e lussuosa. Le camere che si affacciano sul mare esaltano al massimo la vista, attraverso grandi aperture e balconi profondi con tavoli e sedie di design in modo da poter godere delle serate estive.

Villa Park is situated into the Grand Hotel Park, near the Bay of Lapad, close to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, the jewel of the Adriatic. The building has been totally renovated both in terms of aesthetic and plan engineering; then, it has been realized a new floor in order to obtain seven new rooms, making a total of forty, with a classic and precious style. At the outside it has been preferred the continuity between the existent building and the new, through the use of the bight traditional stone, reaching the integration between the villa and the local architecture. Inside the building, the ancient stairway made of marble and wrought-iron leads inside the wide corridors, realized with attention to the smallest detail: the warm tones wallpaper, the lighting, the high tech locks. 

The rooms have a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere; sinuous lines, clear colours and technological details are the hallmark of the hotel. The big headboards are close to a warm tones wall that emphasizes the environment to relax; the precious materials and the soft textures suggest a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. Some rooms overlook the sea through big windows and wide balconies, so as to enjoy the summer nights.
