Located in a privileged plot, its almost 400m2 spread over three floors: a basement, a complete living area downstairs and a rest area upstairs. A lift allows to travel to different floors without steps or move heavy loads.
The whole villa and each rooms have natural light and ventilation. The living room area has some large folding windows that allow the house completely open to the outside, without limits with nature and landscape. The kitchen, spacious and functional, equipped with the latest technology, is connected to the living room and the outdoor terrace and has its own separate dining area.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor from where enjoy the magnificent views and a wonderful private terrace. The master suite has a spacious own dressing room and a bathroom-spa area. The other suite is located on the ground floor enjoying a private garden.
