DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
The proposed works involve some minor alterations to the existing structure of the space but to
be consider as a implementation of the efficiency and effective management of the resources.
In the project will be consider the planning of two closed and separate offices, one meeting room, the closed of the kitchen and one open space as a existing.
No structural works are planned in the fit-out. All the partitions added will be lightweight and non structural with the installation of new glazed partition and glazed door.
To maintain a good level of soundproofing, inside each ambient and wherever necessary, will
provide the use of plasterboard as a false ceiling and false walls.
Will be installed on the existing floor a substrate for a new covering in Bolon to create a new
layout of the office as client's requirement.
Is planned a new position of the existing lights, inside the new ambients, and also the supply of
new ones as a implementation of the light.
The cabling layout will provide a new sockets on the floor after the accomodation of the cabling
inside the conduits dug on the existing floor and properly covered.
PART A - Structure of the partition
- Glazed partitions : in material safety and adequately protected against breakage;
- Structure of the glazed partition: steel/metal frame to be connected to the existing floor,walls
and ceiling by bolts and whatever necessary,
- False walls created using wooden structure and plasterboard as a covering for a new spaces of
the kitchen and one false wall inside the meeting room.
PART B - Cabling
- The existing cabling system, present near the ceiling, will be not removed;
- Incrementation of the existing cabling by a new cabling layout and with the use of new lights;
- Creation of the sockets on the floor by a predisposition of conduits accommodated in the existing floor.
- Creation of a new wiring connection for the new lights concept.

PART C - Furniture, finishes and Material
- Colours project concept: new total white painting for all the walls and ceiling;
- Will be used a light grey painted in vertical stripes and the vaults of the ceiling will be used like a guide for the paint (only in two walls of the workplace);
- Using of Bolon (synthetic material) for the floor;
- Will be maintained the existing floor in the area: between the door of the toilet and the
emergency exit and in the area between the main entrance and in the new waiting area;
- All the furniture will be like the existing.
We want to remember that all the works to do in the place will not alter any way the main
structure of the place and could be removed in any time.
