The project consists of three detached residencial houses.The lot is located in a park by the beach on the southern outskirts of town. Each house is 150 m² facing southwest. From the roof terrace there is a beautiful view over the sea. These same sea views can be enjoyed even from the sauna.
The shape is created from two geometric volumes with a relative rotation to maximize views of the sea.
