Simple in form, this is a building that can be assembled and transported. The characteristics of the building are emphasised by the façade, which is made up of white sawn boards that are turned by 45 degrees, as well as stained wood segments in the main façade. The interior has simple finishing with an emphasis on large design elements such as trees in metal pots, large corner sofas, etc. Cosiness in the room is ensured by a large fireplace.

Elegance is ensured by details such as metal and glass lamps, cast iron radiators, and the glass finishing of the bar counter. The terrace design is in a similar style to the interior, and the basic concept is an “apple orchard.” A particular mood is ensured by shelves on the façade where boxes with plants can be placed.
