Progetto di interni e sistemazione delle superfici esterne di una villa sita nel quartiere di Barraca Manna (Project management Tecnolav Engineering srl)

The renvoation  provided a new functional layout of the interiors, new finishings, outdoor flooring and a new pool. The house, built in the early 80's, is located in a residential neighborhood in Cagliari.The living area is conceived as unique open space with a big sliding door facing the hill of S. Michele. The peculiar elements of the project are the recesses created in the walls by subtracting basic shapes with rounded corners. The use of furnitures is reduced to the minimum since the containers are provided by the recesses themselves. The threshold to the private rooms of the house is shaped in the wall and integrated in the recesses system. Some chromatic and spatial elements are inspired by the country house from the movie "A clockwork Orange".
