Garrone re-lauched the tradition of wine making in Ossola, bringing it up to date. For this reason we designed a warm environment with a raw character. The display system is made of Chilean pine: an archive, that characterizes all the rooms of the store, where bottles are stocked according to the geographic origin. To communicate the experience in the world of wine making, we opened the existing window, blurring the boundary between the interior and the exterior and placing a big counter made of Canaletto walnut wood and local stone to show objects and tools from the enological culture.
