The Meier on Rothschild luxury tower | Kne'kash Living Materials

The design of the Meier on Rothschild luxury tower was created by Pritzker-Prize winning American architect, Richard Meier. Meier is one of the most celebrated architects and his designs are unique and a benchmark for quality, style and iconic architecture. The Meier on Rothschild is a building of revolutionary architectural design that is redefining the skyline of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Taking every aspect of its distinctive surroundings into account Meier's aesthetic perception demands interaction between the building, its environment and the framing landscape. The tower is designed with impressive white aluminum system and glass windows that perfectly complement its environment and allows natural sunlight to fill the room and provide magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and beyond.

The tower provides energy savings by using special shading elements and the air-conditioning water are being used to water the plant life. In addition, each floor has a separate waste recycling, for glass, plastic and paper.

Consistent with the overall green agenda, an outdoor bamboo flooring surrounds the swimming pool, located on the roof of the shopping center, at the foot of the tower. The selected flooring is Moso' bamboo X-TREME outdoor decking, executed by KNE'KASH, has a unique patented process to enhance the hardness, dimensional stability, fire safety and durability to a level superior to the best tropical hardwood species. The X-TREME decking is particularly resistant to water and moisture, and its unique anti-slip technology prevents slipping even when the deck is wet.
