Designed by Area-17 to make the most of the modest proportions, this urban interior has a cozy and nonchalant appeal. The almost industrial atmosphere is warmed up by thoughtfully placed oriental accents. Textures and neutral colors create dynamic interrelations among the clean surfaces of the walls, ceilings, and roof. The two-story apartment is located in Hong Kong’s busy Jordan District. It has been completely reorganized according to a new layout and features a guest room on the first floor, while the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom are on the second floor.
