In 2013, Harrod’s launched the Denim Gallery, an in-store menswear department dedicated to denim. Area-17 entered the legendary London shopping temple to design Jacob Cohën’s boutique within the gallery. The setup features minimalist furnishings made of shiny metal and precious wood, which reinforces the idea of the product as a luxury icon in the denim industry without interfering with the display. “Omnia Omnibus Ubique”: Everything, For Everyone, From Everywhere. With this motto in mind, Charles Henry Harrod started the biggest European department store in the late 19th century. Seeing trusted jean styles sit side-by-side with exclusive designs, the Denim Gallery is a must-visit for all denim lovers.
