A brasserie restaurant that connects through its planimetric composition the interior space with the exterior. The plan is designed so it can be easily changed depending on the season maintaining its functions unchanged. The shape of the plot together with the specific theme desired for this restaurant  led to a logic distribution of functions in the scheme.

Starting from the main entrance from the north, the reception area with a wordrobe space and a winery reveals a hint of the restaurant type. On the right side, behind the winery is a small corridor that provides access to the restroom. Further, in front it opens the space reserved for customers, a space that developes on the  entire length of the building. On the right side is delimited by an area assigned for circulation, highlighted by the portuguese azulejos ceramics on the floor and a small furniture piece that allows the clients to see in the preparation and service area.

In this area, designed in the trend of "cooking show kitchen" we find the open kitchen, the pizza oven and the bar. The entire length of the building is visually open to the outside by large windows decorated with graphics and bounded by vertical elements made of metal cutouts with oriental motifs. The dining area is divided into smaller areas with semi-transparent furniture with shelves, loaded with decorations and by the treatment of ceilings that cancels the effect of "tunnel"  given by the accentuated length of the plot. At the opposite end of the space it opens to the terrace by the lake due to a foldable type glazing system allowing complete opening of the end wall and a large part of the side wall. So the interior and exterior become one common space.

The color theme was focused on the contrast between the warm colors like red, ocher, yellow, natural color of oak wood, burnt bricks and cool colors like blue found in azulejo ceramic tiles, light blue of the ceiling and walls. The warm interior ambiance is projected on a natural green background  from the outside through the large windows. The ambiance is completed by various lighting objects mixed in different areas, some which give a diffused warm light, other focused light on the tables and other that create through their design  an enchanting view with a floating sensation.
