Nessie Loch Ness bridge

“a monster emerging from the water”

This is a conceptual project for an imaginary bridge connecting two not precisely located places.

Its shape is generated by a composition of organic volumes and structural lines linked in order to create continuity and fluidity.

Some of the volumes and the lines are out of the water and some others are merged in the water and this particular contraposition  gives a static to the structure.

The upper surface of the bridge is flat and it is perceived as a big composite floor, partially solid, partially transparent, partially green, always walkable.

The bridge can look like a surprising monster emerging from the water, like a living architectural entity.
