Megawatt Court

Large spaces and great potential. These, in short, are the main characteristics of Megawtt Court, the new Milanese location of 9,600 metres squared which develops inside a 1970s industrial complex, fascinating and articulated, in Via Watt, ten minutes away from the heart of the Tortona Area. The extremely versatile space will be available from May 2016, and has never been used before. The ideal location to host great events, fashion shows and television sets. Megawatt Court is made of an industrial warehouse of over 4,000 metres squared which has been perfectly preserved, plus a large deposit, a garden-yard, an offices building (ready for use) of about 1,500 metres squared and a private parking which make it adequate for any kind of exhibition requirement. An industrial back-drop that recalls the recent past of the location as a factory of mechanical components, characterised by an exhibition pavilion of 3,400 metres squared, with a long shelving throughout the entire length of the main aisle and ceiling high sheds that allow natural light to diffuse inside whereas, at the back of the hall, a loft made of steel, ideal for the placement of the direction, dominates the space. The exhibition complex is made complete with the three storey building, connected to the warehouse by an internal passage, perfect to create a backstage for fashion shows and performances, the vast private parking space and an extensive external area ideal to host outdoor events.
