There is a living room, kitchen and guest W.C. on the first floor as well as a delightful small balcony looking onto Corso Garibaldi with glimpses of the sea. The second floor consists of a well appointed and contemporary bedroom with an open-plan  en suite shower and second W.C. As well as the double bed there is an additional day bed and cots for babies and small children can be provided on request. Every last detail has been thought of. At the top of the house is a roof terrace with panoramic view of the sea. It is equipped with a large sun lounger, seating and an open-air shower.

Il primo piano ospita il soggiorno, la cucina e un wc ospiti, oltre ad un bellissimo balconcino che dà sul corso Garibaldi e dal quale si intravede il mare. La camera da letto, armoniosa e uggestiva, si trova al secondo piano; nello stesso ambiente è situata una doccia e un secondo wc (a vista). Oltre al letto matrimoniale, vi si trova un terzo letto a giorno; su richiesta si possono aggiungere i lettini per i bambini. Qui ogni più piccolo particolare non è mai stato trascurato. Inoltre potrete godere di una terrazza con vista panoramica sul mare, arredata con un lettino prendi sole, delle sedute e una doccia all'aperto.

Im ersten Stock befindet sich das Wohn/Esszimmer mit grosszügiger Küchenecke, sehr schönen kleinem Balkon und Gäste-WC; der helle Raum hat eine sehr hohe Decke und antike Wandnischen, welche als Schrankraum genutzt werden, antiker Fussboden und coole Designelemente. Das Schlafzimmer – antiker Steinboden - mit einem komfortablen Doppelbett befindet sich im zweiten Stock; im gleichen Raum sind die Dusche und das WC, welche durch Glaswände abgetrennt wurden; Zusatzbetten auf Anfrage vorhanden. Die Meerblickterrasse ist auf dem Dach, ausgestattet mit Sonnenbett und Aussendusche.
