The architectural study and development had some dominants and strong points that became keys topics to be taken as pillars premises of creation, they were: the great lawn, the trees on upper reaches of the land, the Embankment , the terrain edges and their functions and visual integrations observed on their various forms and positions on the field. The experience walking around on the new created space must be a learning and a reflection about the future and concern about the natural environment.

On Studies a first and natural attitude was moving in slight angle the great local lawn, creating a green roof line to follow the existing Slope, given minimal interferences on natural terrain line, especially from the observer who is inside and out of the park.

The roof's line created became into an interesting dynamic intervention, given almost a camouflaged with the landscaping.

Two connected squares were proposed which both will be accessed by the main entrance of the '' House of Sustainability '. They will going to have different roles and characters, the street connected one will be much public and the lowered one much private but both can turned into public when convenient .

Every building and landscaping spaces were designed and developed to be sustainable on their literality sense, passing in all meanderings of urban life.

It must have to be social, economic, environmental and cultural sustainable .
