Project brief: Make the most out of steeply sloped site.
Located on a very steep site with remarkable views of Guatemala City valley.
We proposed a stilted, cantilevered hybrid (somewhere between a loft, a house and an apartment).
Sleeping areas on lower levels and social areas on high ceiling spaces on upper levels that open up to large terraces. All done in a contemporary design language.
