Project brief: A second home and horse farm on the mountainous desert on the outskirts of Jeddah.
Our client, a breeder of friesian horses, requested a home away from home for his family as well as for his prized horses.
The project is conceived as a “floating penthouse” on the top of the mountain, with privileged views towards the riding pens, the horse farms and the open desert beyond.
Time proven sustainable features as well as high tech solutions have both been incorporated into the design.
