The chocolate shop Mivà is located at the ground floor of Palazzo Margherita, Francis Ford Coppola’s Luxury Resort in Bernalda.
The project has been a very interesting experience as the challenge was not only to develop an interior design project but to define a global corporate identity. Our mission was to design the interior of the shop, the company logo as well as the packaging and web design.
The inspiring concept was to reproduce the look of an old fashioned grocery.
We chose to keep and restore the vaulted brick ceilings, while the lower zone of the shop has been painted white. As flooring we chose the historical one that was used already more than 100 years ago.
