90 sqm penthouse, where it was possible to cure the internal / external relationship, thinking the terrace as an exclusive view toward which to stretch out. The interior space is the result of a process of decomposition of the horizontal and vertical elements, thickened or rarefied, suspended or supported, to enhance the entry of natural light and return a broader perception of the environments. The architectural forms are defined to emphasize the prospects. The crossing streams are differentiated from the rest areas through the combination of wooden flooring in fine stoneware tiles in large format, the doors designed and manufactured for this project allow you to have a continuum between all environments or a more traditional division. Particular care has been taken in the search for a contemporary language that could be an expression of elegance. All plant components are integrated into the project to ensure environmental comfort without being visible; lighting scenarios change the nighttime configurations to make suggestive spaces according to their activities. The exterior loses the presence of the perimeter walls through the insertion of shading shielding and support for a vertical garden, generating a natural enveloping space.

Attico di 90 mq, in cui è stato possibile curare il rapporto interno/esterno, pensando la terrazza come un panorama esclusivo verso cui protendere. Lo spazio interno è frutto di un processo di scomposizione degli elementi orizzontali e verticali, rarefatti o addensati, sospesi o appoggiati, per valorizzare l’ingresso della luce naturale e restituire una percezione più ampia degli ambienti. Le forme architettoniche si definiscono per enfatizzare le prospettive. I flussi di attraversamento sono differenziati dalle aree di sosta mediante l’accostamento di pavimenti in parquet a lastre di gres sottile in grande formato, le porte disegnate e realizzate per questo progetto consentono di avere un continuum tra tutti gli ambienti o una suddivisione più tradizionale. Particolare cura è stata posta nella ricerca di un linguaggio contemporaneo che potesse essere espressione di eleganza. Tutti gli elementi impiantistici sono integrati nel progetto per garantire il comfort ambientale senza essere visibili; scenari illuminotecnici cambiano le configurazioni notturne per rendere suggestivi gli spazi secondo le attività svolte. L’esterno perde la presenza delle pareti perimetrali tramite l’inserimento di schermature brise-soleil e supporto per un giardino verticale, generando uno spazio naturale avvolgente.
