First impression is a critical part of human interaction and for the client, a real estate development company, it is all the more important as they build their corporate office in West Delhi. The clients needed an office space which would communicate their position in the city's real estate market to their prospective investors and customers while carrying out operations essential to company's growth. It is to be a thinking zone for the senior management to seal the deal, form ideas and put plans into action.

A solution was designed true to nature, character and goals of business. The office environment created translates as an ice breaker to the conversation of the client's capabilities and expertise in the construction industry. The interior design process  took off with a challenging space planning exercise for the building unintended for it's current application. The desired program included mostly non workstation format office space, conference rooms and director offices. Monotone colours, texture, fabrics, glass with wood accents are used as tools for clean, uncluttered spaces to which nothing could be added or taken away. The entrance to the office carries a perceptible 'sense of arrival'. Composition of light bands coupled with placid color tones in basic geometric forms throughout the facility evoke iconic simplicity.
