Situated within a vibrant suburb of Manchester, Didsbury Towers provides high quality office space set within 20 acres of tranquil parkland. The 1.8m refurbishment at the Towers business estate, in Didsbury, completed in July 2015.

The four buildings and the outdoor public spaces of the whole site benefitted from the investment as part of a rolling programme by the joint venture partnership of Moorfield Group (Moorfield) on behalf of the Moorfield Real Estate Fund II (MREF II) and Property Alliance Group.

The masterplan aimed to create a more modern look and feel and improve the facilities at the 20-acre park.

Russells Construction completed the refurbishment of 8,080 sq ft Spectrum House at Towers and the Honeywell and Kingston buildings too.

Russels Construction undertook a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment of Towers Office Park. New M&E Installations and upgrades of reception and entrances.
