An impressive baroque residence building on the perimeter of Würzburg’s city center: the construction of the Würzburg Residence started in 1719 and is considered one of the most important residence buildings of the late baroque. In 1981 UNESCO added the residence to its world cultural heritage. Inside, Thonet’s chair program S 160 forms a strong contrast to the interior environment. The chairs are stackable, can be linked without an extra element (Thonet patent), easy to care for and very comfortable.
