The project idea is based on prioritizing day stays off the night , creating a completely flexible ground floor with two distinct areas, a large dining kitchen open to a double space that turns the inside to the courtyard, and a lounge area diaphanous access which in turn serve as a living room or auxiliary bedroom. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and another room stays is reconverted into a loft or related work visually with the ground floor through the double space studio .

Materials. On the ground floor an envelope easily go unnoticed with clear and solid colors combinable with all kinds of furniture arises . It was decided , on the ground floor for polished concrete floor inside and outside seeking a merger that fusion between spaces that give amplitude to housing.
The interior furnishings are fixed own and has been used in all only two textures , the severity of wood and lacquer shine on painted steel.

Lighting. Indirect lighting arises in all the main rooms to give the interior a warm and carefree atmosphere . Luminaires are used , mostly hidden advantage LED strips creating breaks or edges of inner planes constructional elements , which produces a light effect banyando ceiling and walls.
