You enter the Très Honoré as if you were stepping out into the garden to get some fresh air and enjoy green surroundings that are sheltered from the hubbub of the city centre. The Très Honoré anticipates every conceivable desire and mood, however unconventional or adventurous.

A mixture of Fifties Nordic and neo-Art Nouveau, hall of mirrors and hunting lodge, the Très Honoré shakes up the traditional Parisian brasserie an unusual place that changes as the day goes on.

[IT] - Il était une fois un nouveau lieu au cœur de Paris pour vagabonder du petit matin jusqu’au creux de la nuit, siroter un verre dans les sous-bois, croiser ici un cerf, là un bolet, déjeuner dans un jardin fantastique où règne une Belle des prés, dîner dans une cabane à l’abri des regards.

On entre au Très Honoré comme on sort au jardin, pour prendre l’air, profiter d’un cadre végétal et d’une ambiance protégée de l’effervescence du centre-ville. Le Très Honoré précède les envies et les humeurs les moins conventionnelles comme les plus aventurières.
