The project represents a two-storey summer house at the sea side. One of the most important features is the proximity with Black sea and the unique view to the coast.

However there are several negative features which has to be considered. The terrain has constant slope on south-east, there are almost constantly wind from east-west direction, and in the summer the weather is very sunny and hot.

Considering all of these factors, a concept represents minimalist reading of the local context, with the necessary comfort for its owners.
