Taranto Refinery, owned by Eni, designated AICOM for the architectural and engineering design of a new main entrance for the site, comprehending reception, watchmen lodge, technical rooms, waiting room for visitors, security control room, in addition to the definition of the vehicular and pedestrian passages with access control. AICOM has designed this block using material such as steel and glass, in order to create something pleasant and to avoid as much as possible deteriorations caused by the environmental surrounding conditions.
