The on-going crisis faced by most of the industrialized countries, particularly in the field of residential constructions, should be food for thought to better comprehend that the realization of inefficient boxes is no longer insteresting. The project aims to find a solution about this matter by proposing in-line typologies where the wood prevails also with structural functions. This natural material lives with the resident, sharing feelings of thermal, acoustic and olfactory wellness. The project tries to get the following results: protection from the direct solar radiation; thermal insulation through ecofriendly materials; acoustic comfort; energy self-sufficiency; low environmental impact; seismic insulation.
