Big Easy Winebar & Grill is a collaboration between Virserius Studio, Beyond Hospitality and the design team of professional golfer Ernie "Big Easy" Els. Located in the Hilton Durban in Durban, South Africa, the restaurant's design concept is an ode to Els's South African roots and the restaurant's lush surroundings. It is meant to inspire casual and communal indoor and outdoor dining, with a local menu and wines from Ernie Els's own vineyard.
