The residence measures just 60 square meters and is located in Valencia, Spain. Despite the small size, Nonna Design has succeeded in creating 2 separated spaces: the day and the night area. The apartment merges the classic atmosphere of a charming building with a modern. Long time ago, Valencia apartments were built in a peculiar way. The living room opened its doors to the inner courtyard, while rooms did on the street. But Nonna Design has challenged this method building a space of 60m2, spacious and modern, where the living room and kitchen are fully integrated. The furniture of the house has been custom made for a perfect adaptation to the structure of the house. Although the size of the apartment is small, we have created two areas: the “day area” and “Night area”. The living room, dining room and kitchen share the same space. In the “Night area” there are 2 bedrooms focused on the inner courtyard and therefore is a quieter area.

La vivienda mide 60 m2 y está localizada en Valencia. A pesar de su pequeño tamaño, Nonna Design ha creado 2 áreas independientes: la zona de día y de noche. El apartamento fusiona el ambiente clásico de un edificio con encanto y la modernidad de un interior acogedor. Antiguamente, las viviendas eran construidas con una disposición de los espacios en la que el salón abría sus puertas al patio de luces, mientras que las habitaciones lo hacían a la calle. Sin embargo, Nonna Design ha desafiado este método construyendo un espacio de 60m2 amplio y diáfano en el que el salón y la cocina queden plenamente integrados, así como el mobiliario exento de la vivienda, que ha sido fabricado a medida para su perfecta adaptación a la estructura de la vivienda. En el proyecto se ha creado una “Zona de día” diáfana, con Salón, Comedor y Cocina compartiendo un mismo espacio y una “Zona de noche” con 2 habitaciones enfocadas al patio de luces y por lo tanto a la zona más tranquila.
