Careful consideration of the level change along the Iverson Road frontage, the provision of screening to the adjacent Network Rail land to the north of the site and the creation of a meaningful courtyard space at the heart of this development wer all required. A significant part of this central space is located under a triple height undercroft and growing conditions were considered in this location to ensure the specified plants would grow healthily. Where possible private patios were provided to all ground floor units. Disabled access was required to all ground floor units.
