Firstly designed in 1991. Kinetic fountain made of stainless steel, 60 mt. high. The dropping water from a pipe to twelve brackets ending with half sphere shaped, generate a rotation in the central structure: that movement aliments the Darwin eolic dynamo placed in the top part of the fountain. That energy will be used at night time to lit the colored lights rotating horizontally on the tower's top.
