Project for the expansion and renovation of the Middle School in Villa Guardia or the completion and enlargement of the school complex by constructing new classrooms and laboratories.

adjacent to the existing construction, the new building has a prefabricated wooden structure and is equipped with mechanical ventilation systems, devices for building automation as well as excellent thermal performances, so that it is able to achieve a comparable performance to the ones of a passive building.

The new complex would serve as an identifiable architectural sight and would be separated from the main complex by a glass body, used for the connection between the buildings and placement of the lavatories.
Entrances and internal routes will be redefined in order to harmonize the spaces and increase the effectiveness of the different functions.
