Located in a new expansion area in Dubai, the new development will complete and integrate the wellness and care offer in town, expanding wellness tourism and high-level hospitality services.
The new project will be closed on the front toward the highway hub, to protect it from noise pollution and traffic roads.
The proximity to the City is definitely an added value: a connection enhanced through new road links will be mantained, and through an open view of the skyline.
The area has a great natural and scenic value, a wetland reserve renowned for attracting migratory birds in large numbers, including flamingos.
The presence of a waterfront is a main design topic: it adds value to the new expansion as a landscape element and as a main source for thermo hygrometric comfort.
Our intent is to offer not just a place to stay and to spend your time, but to create a feeling, a state of peace and bliss, a unique perfect sensation as a lonely place outside the world, a total regeneration for heart and soul.
A new community in which wellness becomes a state of wellness, for body and mind. The well-being is not only a cure or treatment, but becomes a way of life, it is integrated into habit and into everyday life. It becomes a state of mind.
As wellness meets body and mind, so the architecture must meet the same needs of peace and balance. A design in which green and nature are dominant, where the sound of water replaces traffic noise and chaotic urban life.
The basic requirement for the entire system is to be practicable and habitable. So it is important to include the best environmental strategies for sustainability and energy saving, to produce comfort and wellness.
The entire masterplan has been designed to simplify and encourage a healthy lifestyle: you will prefer to travel by bike or taking a walk than taking the car. The outdoor areas are habitable and comfortable thanks to shaded zones and cooling systems.
