The project concept refers to the natural growth of water lilies, prompted by the suggestions made by the nuances of "Water Lilies", 1916 by Claude Monet. The project, concentrated in a natural setting overlooking the banks of the Ticino river, reserves more than 75% of the ground to the green grass, going against small-medium volumes that gradually engulf the Ticino landscape in an irreversible way, with no escape for green areas and aggregation designed spaces. The towers rotation, compared with the Cardo and Decumano, guarantees an optimum exposure to sunlight to all apartments during various solar variations and allows all apartments to have an open view towards the castles of Bellinzona, Heritage of Unesco, at North- East, towards the Magadino in the south and towards the river Ticino with its pedestrian path to West. Within each tower the apartments which are, four per level, have a flower shaped plant with petals that spirocyclic revolve around the vertical circulation (water lily thalamus). Leche Park Residence reaches balance and unity through the interaction between human beings, architecture and nature, just as the biotype (abiotic factors: water, land, builds) and biotic (plants and animals, humans) in an ecosystem. The external structure, follows the proportions of the Mondrian paintings, Composition with Gray and Light Brown, 1918. The name of the LECHE project, in its acronym, contains the foundational themes: Living, living within an ecosystem; Ecology, architectural and landscape design sustainability; Care, taking care of the human necessity between nature and landscape; History, enhancement of pre-existing scenic heritage of Bellinzona, "the castles’ city "; Entertainment, immerse in a natural contest and social in a fun and entertainment park.
