The assignment consisted on transforming the existing office building into a luxury apartment building.
To do this, we took advantage of the existing glass façade, pushing some of the openings behind and changing their colours, in order for these windows to express themselves as part of the building's renovation. The outcome was of great success and there were some who regarded this intervention as an analogy with the luxurious New York lofts and apartments in which this type of façade solution is the most common.
